I turned on ie with no addons.
How do I turn addons back on
When I click manage addons enable or disable nothing happens.

Hello,

When you click enable or disable, the text of the button should change.

If you are starting IE without any add-ons, the first page when you start IE
should say 'Internet Explorer is currently running without add-ons'.
Otherwise, you are running IE with add-ons.

Regardless, to start IE with add-ons go to Start > Run > iexplore > OK. You
should now get IE with add-ons enabled, except those which you specifically
disabled in Manage Add-ons.
