In the system Summary, 4 processors are being detected
even though there are only 2 processors installed. The
server is HP Proliant DL380 G3. Any ideas why the addional
processors are detected/dislpayed and how I can get it to
see only 2?

It's seing 4 because of the hyper-threading (in theory hyper-threading)
makes one processor act like 2)

And MicroSoft recommends disabling HT for all
versions of Windows except XP.
