In "Form Properties" - Options - "Additional Fields" tab, there are 4
additional fields that can be saved to a database: browser type, remote
computer name, timestamp, and user name. In my case, all user name fields are
blank. What means user name ?
What are the use of saving these additional fields in the database?

The user name is only available when the user has to login on the server.
