I am trying to add an additional Exchange mailbox to a user's Outlook 2007
under XP-Pro SP2 (Advanced tab under More Settings in Change the account).
It accepts the mailbox name, but won't allow access to the mailbox.

We are using a Hosted Exchange service. Their support group suggested that
I should have been prompted for a password when I entered the new mailbox. I
have made the password for the new mailbox the same as the user's primary
account and the other additional mailbox that was set up previously by
someone else.

Does anyone have a solution?

Make sure the hosted exchange people understand that you are trying to add
another mailbox to the existing account, their comment about asking for the
password would apply if you were adding another account to outlook.
