Please define what you mean by "has an error in it" and quote any error
message in FULL. Thank you.

And that means what? That you have a paid Live Hotmail Plus account to
which you are allowed access to Microsoft's POP and SMTP mail hosts? Or
you have a freebie Hotmail account and have to use the Outlook Connector
add-on to connect to your Hotmail account?

From WHO? Hotmail again? If so, a paid or freebie account? No one but
a boob would use Hotmail for a business e-mail address, so maybe you
opened an account elsewhere but you never bothered to say who is the
e-mail provider for your "business" account.

Nope, Outlook does not issue an error that wholly says, "200 bulk mail".
Show the complete error message from Outlook. If what you really got
was an NDR (non-delivery report) e-mail back that had that error, then
show the complete error e-mail that you got. Don't describe an error.
Don't truncate an error. Don't summarize an error. Show the COMPLETE
error message and state whether it was issued by Outlook itself or is
another e-mail that you received.

Folder? Either Outlook doesn't let you in (because you have your mail
profile passworded) or the mail host doesn't let you in (because you
didn't enter the correct login credentials). Folders do not "let you
in", especially in Outlook which does have folders (they are part of the
hierarchical tree to show the organization of items within your message
store, and not folders somewhere on the hard drive).

From what extremely little you mention, the "200 bulk mail" error is
probably an NDR that you got back from the recipient's domain that has
determined you are sending bulk mails to that domain. They have
blacklisted you because of your spamming practices.

I'm no expert atoria, but let's keep things simple - I run a business from
home and I keep my hotmail account entirely seperate from Outlook. No
advertiser will accept a hotmail account for the purposes of customer
response, because you could be anyone, anywhere.

On Outlook I have two assigned email addresses, one from the Internet
Service Provider (ISP) and one from a domain name company.

Run through the instructions from both providers to set up the POP and SMTP
profiles and choose a default from the two accounts.

In my case and I guess in yours, judging from your urgency, associating your
business email address with Outlook and setting it as the default is your
priority.

As has been said, if you are sending out bulk emails, many companies have
software set to recognise this and blacklist you. Just one company using a
filtering service can completely block all your outgoing mail - perhaps that
is the problem you are experiencing.

If this is the case, you should be able to identify the source of the block
through your service provider (and it may be your service provider
themselves), telephone them and with a little diplomacy request that they
remove the block.

I have had this problem, when I was part of a syndicate of self employed
people using the same domain. I had never sent out bulk mail but the domain
was identified as having done so and for some reason I became the only victim
of a block - but resolved it as stated above.
