Am using word2000. Is there any way to introduce an additional button like
"checkbox form field". Am using checkboxes on the form. Now the client wants
something similar to "checkbox form field", but not rectangular (may be a
circle or another shape) which can be clicked like a "checkbox form field".
Is there any way to accompolish this?

Regards,

Charley

There are a number of ways to create and use clickable checkboxes in
documents / templates. Some require protected or locked forms, others do
not. Those not in locked forms can be different shapes as available in the
symbols dialog. Take a look at the Checkbox template available at
http://www.addbalance.com/word/downl...#CheckboxAddIn for an exploration
of these.

Hi Charley,

You cannot define your own type of form fields. Only the three types that
are built in Word can be used.

Good luck,
Cooz
