Additional Actions items in MS Outlook

I know someone was asking this before here, and I found there's a
solution on adding items to the Additional Actions menu when right-
clicking a From/To name or email address (with smart tags enabled).
Involves actually creating an xml file and put it in the smart tags
folder, more on http://www.crmreports.com/index.php/...o-address.html
