Ignore the message to upgrade the Win2000 machines. Once
the XP machine is set up, the Win2000 machines should be
able to see it and access any shared files. The XP
machine will be able to see the Win2000 machines but will
require a user id and password to open files on the
Win2000 machines. To avoid that, on each Win2000 machine
add the user name and passwords of users on the XP
machine that will neeed access to files on Win2000.
