I can post a web camera (i have the ip address) to our website so our
cooperative members can watch our annual meeting on the Internet?j

here's something really cool that you could use:
http://www.orangeware.com/endusers/webcamdv.html
it'll allow you to use any video camera not just a web cam (so you get good
images) and it'll even allow the viewer to control the zoom, etc.

there's also a real simple and easy to use program here:
www.coffeecup.com for putting live web cam footage on your site.
