Hello,

When I try to add a user to PAB , I get an error. We
have Outlook 2002 and these people refuse to use the
contacts. Microsoft says that it works , but I can't seem
to get it done. Adding to contacts works fine but no PAB.

When you go to add a new entry to the pab, are you
selecting "personal address book" from the drop down menu
that says "Put this entry in the". The default is
Contacts but you have to choose Personal addres book.
