I'm using FP2003 and am trying to create a user for someone who is using
FP2002 . When I follow the instructions from FP I get directed to a error
page that says "This feature is not supported. Hosting Co. (1and1) says the
only way I can create a second user is to disable FP Ext's which means we'd
both have to publish via FTP. Is this standard? Are all hosting Co.'s the
same? Are there any FP supported Hosting Co.'s that don't require the
extensions be disabled?

See if 1&1 has a web control panel and use that to create a second user -
most hosts do.

They do(control panel), but they say I have to disable the FP Ext's then go
to FTP Accounts to create more users. This is messing me up totally. Do all
hosting Co's require this?

Adding FTP users will not create FP user accounts
- they have no idea how the FP SE work
Look for another Host that support the FP SE with a decent control panel
2 that come to mind are Web Host 4 Life and InfoQuest
