Always investigate name resolution in such cases.
Assuming basic network connectivity almost all authentication, trust,
and replication (between DCs) are name resolution issues.
Make sure that both the clients and the servers are "clients" of the dynamic
DNS and that this is the only DNS (set) the clients use, i.e., don't have
the
clients trying to use an internal DNS server (set) AND also trying (wrong)
to use an external DNS server on the Internet.
