Adding user credentials to web.config file

's Computer Specifications

I need to manually add server name, user name and password to web.config
file
and retrieve it from code.

Any code sample how to implement this ?

In addition to what Peter wrote, look into this link to ensure the passwords
are not stored in clear text for all to see...
