Hello,
I have Windows Me and on Microsoft Explorer (6) I would like to add
a dictionary button or i-con for easy use can some explain in simple how to.

I am sorry its not that simple. The best advice I can give you is to search
the internet for exactly what you want. Many sites like dictionary.com have
downloads for add-ins for Internet Explorer that may do what you want to do.

Many search toolbars now also include services for spell checking and word
lookups.
