adding times, again!

I have a worksheet which adds up time spent at work. ie
start times and stop times. The forumula I am useing
works fine for normal times within the 24 hr timeframe but
when I enter a night shift. ie start 16:15 stop 02:30 I
get a value result. The same applies when I try to total
up the weeks work. I cannot get it to add up beyond 24
hrs. How do I get around this?
