Hello! Does anyone know how to add text as a page border on a Word document?
I know how to insert borders, but I cannot figure out how to insert text as
the border... any suggestions??

There isn't any easy or good way to do this. See
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/BorderArt.htm for general considerations
of creating new borders in Word (you can't add to the built-in Border Art).
To use text as a border, you'd have to use four text boxes, and you can't
rotate text 180 degrees, so there will be limitations. The only practical
way to do this is to create the border as a graphic in an illustration
program.
