I upgraded my motherboard and added dual processors, but
I don't see them recognized in the Task Manager. How do I
make my existing installation of Windows XP understand
that it now has dual processors?

Hello

Did you do the following below, also in your system Bios check and
verify
those settings. During the upgrade process did you do the following.
Also
according to your note you do have Win XP Pro and not home correct
XP Home does not support Dual Processor but XP Pro does, this was
just a note to ask.

Do a repair install
