I was curious if this is possible. I have approx 4 or 5 forms that
update different tables in the database. Is it possible to establish
a sub form on these 4 or 5 forms, without having to rebuild from
scratch?

Yes! Open a form in design view. Go to Window - Tile Vertically. In the
right pane, find the form you want to make into a subform on the form in the
left pane. Click and drag the subform and drop it on the main form. Close
the right pane. Click on the subform control, open properties, go to the
Data tab and be sure the LinkMaster and LinkChild properties are filled in.
