So why don't you go to that place and request your key? You must have a
confirmation of your purchase somewhere with that information.
As this is an end-user-to-end-user newsgroup, we cannot help you with
activation issues.
Note that depending on your issue, the $50 support costs are waived. If you
have sufficient proof of purchase, you could be entitled for a free
replacement key but I can't make any guarantees on that; you'll have to ask
a Microsoft Support or Sales Representative for that.
Also note that the Office 2007 Home and Student Edition comes without
Outlook so the way that you ended up here asking for help is interesting ;-)
