Adding a start-up item (JSF)

I have a great deal of software to handle my medical issues, most them load
at windows start, which is not a problem, but it does take a little while to
start windows. I would like to add a sound that will execute after windows
has completely loaded and the last item is initialized.

Is there a way to do it and what is required?

Thanks very much for help (in advance)

As far as I know, you can't tell what program Windows will load last.

Sounds like a perfectly reasonable idea, but unfortunately there is no standardized agreement or generally accepted definition for when "windows has completely loaded and the last item is initialized".

P.S. You will annoy fewer people if you avoid cross-posting. If you really must cross-post you should keep it to the absolute minimum.

Have a look at "Startup Delayer", which allows you to control timing and
order of startup programs.
