Within my organisation, I have to add a certain few words into every email I
produce. Whilst I can set up a mini macro to do this and attach it onto a
user defined button adding it for new emails, how can I do this by default?
ie so that on pressing the reply or forward option for example, it will add
the words automatically in front of the 'RE:' or 'FWD:' element of an email.

Thank you very much for the code.
It works, on an initial occasion and only for new emails though, I can see
the principle behind it, although I couldn't add or change it. It's way above
my head...

Would there be a way of amending the mail Form also? I presume Outlook picks
the Form up from somewhere and applies it to add the RE: and Fwd: etc.

I am using an old copy of outlook and would need it to work in Outlook 2000
and 2002.

Yours gratefully hopeful...

Sorry, I don't understand what now the question is. The sample works for
every e-mail - not only for new ones. it doesn't work for WordMails in
Outlook 2000.
