I have an existing site that was created with FP. I also have a new shopping
cart created with different software that I want to make a part of my FP
website. I was told to do some "includes". Can anyone explain to me what
includes is and how they are done? Keep in mind that I am a newbie with not
much of a clue...

You would need to contact the author to know best how to implement this within your current web. I
would recommend that you place the shopping cart into a subweb.
