I would like to als add Windows Media Center to the system. Is their a way
to add both systems and have a choice of which one to boot up at start up?

Yes it's called dual booting. Create a separate partition for MCE, boot
from the installation CD, and install to that new partition. The XP boot
loader will set up the dual boot.

One way: In the BIOS, select which HD is at the head of
the Hard Drive Boot Order.

Another way: Add a 2nd entry in the boot.ini file of the HD
at the head of the Hard Drive Boot Order which specifies
the other OS's ARC path (i.e. the location of the other OS).
But that takes understanding of the bootlini syntax.

Another way: Run msconfig, in the BOOT.INI tab, click
"Check all boot paths" to automatically edit the boot.ini file.
(This is by heresay as I've never actually used this method.)

Another way: Put DPST switches in the power cable that
feeds each HD to control which HD is powered up.
