Adding a second mobile number to contacts

When I enter information for a new contact, there is a drop down menu
from which I can choose "Home, Business, Business2, Mobile" etc.

Many of the people I know have more than one mobile number. How do I
add another entry to the drop down menu like "Mobile 2" or "Work
Mobile" etc?

Thanks

I'd use Car or Other since I don't think changing the list is possible or
trivial
