Hi Anne,
A .scr file is an executable, just like .exe, .com, or .bat (or a number of
others). You can try just copying the .scr file into your
C:\Windows\system32 directory to see if it works, but keep in mind that like
any executable it has to be compatible with the operating system
environment.
