This happens if full network functionality is not available at the time that
domain join occurs in the setup process. The reason is usually that network
card is not fully functional (network card driver, chipset driver(s) not
loaded, network card on diferrent IO Addr/IRQ hence "new hw found" etc). The
simple solution is to join machines manually after the setup is complete.
The complicated solution would involve scripting (check Script Center on
Technet site).
