how do add reminder files (.vcs) to Outlook?? I downloaded a couple from EBay and now I am trying to figure out how they import...

Have you tried just double-clicking them in Windows Explorer? If they open
as Outlook appointment forms, you can then just click File | Copy to Folder
and copy to the Calendar.
