Adding / Refreshing toolbars

Hi,
I have added a toolbar to all the PC's in my department, the toolbar is
linked to a network drive.

If the server which hosts the folder containing the toolbar items goes down,
or loses a network connection, then the toolbar arrows the look like this >>
dissapear, so even when the network comes back up, I have to remove the
toolbar manually, and re add it again.

Does anyone know a way of refreshing, or creating a batch file to remove and
re-add the toolbar ?

This is especially a problem on laptops with a wireless connection that are
moved temporarily out of range.

Thanks for any info

Paul
