Adding Records in Access to a Linked Table on SQL Server

I stole a post from a year ago..see below
How can you get around the below problem? I have tables and views
linked to SQL server, and when I use the Linked Table Manager to
refresh all the links, I can no longer add new records. If I go in an
create new links to these references, those rights are restored. Is
there maybe an interface I can create, or code I can use that replaces
the Linked Table Manager that keeps the unique identifier intact when
refreshing the links? Thanks for any help.

"I had been identifying the unique fields whenever I linked the tables
to the
Access FE; however, what I didn't know was that when you use the Linked
table
manager and refresh your links (Not an uncommon operation), this
information
as to Unique fields is apparently wiped out and the Linked Table
Manager DOES
NOT help you out by asking for them again. "
