Adding a recipient on the cc: line of a mail merge e-mail

I want to do a mail merge to a lage batch of contacts and cc a specific
contact in all of the individual e-mails. I'm basically introducing a
teammate to my customers and want the teammate on the cc line. I'm using mail
merge to have each e-mail appear as a person note (i.e. merging in the
contact's first name). Any ideas on how to do this?
