adding received emails to a contact

I would like to save email corispondence to a particular contact in outlook
and not loose it when I delete it from my inbox. Any suggestions???Thanks in

If you want to save the correspondence, why do you want to delete the
message then?
Anyway, you can save the message via the the File menu or move it to another
folder.

Sorry for the confusion, I would like to move the email message to the
particular contact that I'm dealing in my contacts folder. I looked in the
file menu and could not figure out how to move the email, can you give me
more details on how to do it.

You want to attach the email to the contact item? Open the Contact and
choose Insert-> Attach Item
