Let's give him a break. If nothing else, he has the brains to find a great
resource....MS usenet groups. A lot of technicians don't ever find these
groups, and that's a shame. And he's being honest as to why he needs the
info! IIRC this also happens to be very similar to a question I might have
seen on the A+ exam.

Michael....what part of the PC needs to see RAM before Windows can see it?
