Added a public folder that has many many subfolders to the users favourite
which is causing outlook to hand and crash.

Is there any way i can undo the setting from the Server end or stop the
public folder from being added to the user.

Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

Version of Outlook?
Do you have caching enabled for Public Folders?
At what point does it crash?
What is being logged to the Event Viewer about this?
Does it work in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe
(note the space in the command)
