In a nutshell, the TS must have the same driver as your workstation and printers must be selected in the local devices section of the Remote Desktop Client. If the driver on your workstation does not exactly match one that exists on the TS, there will be a system event log entry ID 1111 recorded on the TS, explaining which driver is required
Instead of installing this driver on the TS, it's recommended that you map it to a driver that does exist, using a user-defined inf file
