Adding printer from network not working.

In a corporate environment on a domain. I can no longer
add any network printer on 1 XP machine, but on another I
can. I have removed all drivers for all printers and
started from scratch on both XP machines. But 1 of the 2
XP machine will not download and install the drivers from
the Print Server. Any ideas?
