Adding Pictures

Hi,

I used to be able to add pictures to Access 2003, and it was using the Microsoft
Photo Editor 3.0, by default and I did not even had to start the application to
add the pictures, but today when I tried to add pictures all I got was the name
of the picture, and to be able to add pictures I had to start PhotoEditor for
each and every pictures

How can I set Access 2003 to behave as it used to be
