Adding phone dial-in number to calendar events?

More and more I have meetings that in addition to a physical location,
there's a dial-in number for remote participants. Is there a way that
I can customize the Outlook calendar events so that there's a field
for this like the location and subject fields? If I can do something
like this, would meeting invites I send out display this properly on
the invitees Outlook without them having to make changes?

Thanks!

P.S. I'm almost certain this isn't currently possible, but I use a
pocket pc phone - wouldn't a feature like the "find on map" pocket
streets integration be nice where you could highlight the appointment
and have the phone app dial the call-in number!

You can customize the form to add the field but the recipient would need the
form definition to show it.
There's a tutorial on form customization here if you want to give it a go:

Thanks for the quick reply. I'd found that I could customize the form,
but I suspected as you confirm, that changing it would cause it to not
display properly to others - dang.

Thanks again!
