Starfish's TrueSync & Comp. Assoc's PGP have added their own buttons
to the Outlook toolbar.

I'd want to add my own button to implement <"msimn.exe" /outnews> to
get me to the newsgroups.

In OL it seems Tools>Customize>Commands only permits a drag & drop
of what it already knows about.

What am I missing in creating my own customized toolbar button?

drag any button (i use the mail one) to a toolbar and right click, add
hyperlink. Change the image and text and you're done.

Now I can put the old shortcut onto the Start menu for safe keeping.
