adding a note to an email

Can I add a "yellow sticky note" to an email I am saving in a follow up
folder? I want to add comments, actions taken, etc. and can't seem to be
able to do this. Can you help. I do not want to edit the original message.

Bells&Whistles is an add-in for Outlook that can add notes to emails. You
can try it by downloading it from
http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/outlook-bells3.exe.
