Adding a new Mailbox

I want to add a network mailbox to my e-mail folders in
XP. In 2000, I used to:

Right click Outlook icon on desktop
Click Properties
Clid Services tab
Click Properties
Go to Advanced Tab
Click Add
In the dialogue box, type in name of network mailbox
Click Okay to exit set up

How do I do this with XP?
