Adding new attendee to scheduled meeting w/out resending entire in

's Computer Specifications

Would like to add additional people to meeting invites. However, if I add a
new person, outlook re-sends the invite out to EVERYONE. How do I just have
it send out to the new person added? My old outlook (2003) gave me the option
to send to everyone or only added/updated people
