Adding a new appointment

One of our employees calendar just started acting up. When she tries to
create a new appointment or anything within the calendar, it doesn't do
anything. I made sure she had the right access and she is the owner. I
shared her calendat and opened it from my computer and it let me add
something to it just fine. If anyone has any input I would appreciate it.
