I'm using FrontPage 2003. When I add a vertical navigation bar to my webpage,
the body text moves below the bar instead of remaining next to it. How do I
get the body text to remain in its proper place?

Either use Shared borders (left w/ navigation)
or a table 2 column layout - left column your nav bar right column your page content
(using say an Include page for your nav bar)
