adding multiple email to block senders list

I get a lot of spam and yes I know I could create rules for that but I don't
have the time. I would much rather use the SHIFT+SELECT method then right
click and then add all the those emails to the block senders list. To me that
is much quicker that having sit and right a rule for each and every kind of
spam I get not to mention all the variations of the spam who has time to
write all those rules?

Is there an easier way than what I suggest?
