There is no way to import a list into a rule.
What are you trying to achieve with it? If it is for Junk E-mail filtering
purposes, there is no use to blacklist each and every address or domain as
they are usually only used once anyway. Creating such a rule will only slow
down the reception of email. Instead of constantly updating the rue, using
SHIFT+DELETE works much faster.
