You must use the CRT monitor before you bought this TFT
monitor , and , when you was using the CRT, you set the
refresh frequency too high for the TFT , use the device
manager to delete your monitor , restart your system ,
that's it~~

Well unfortunately windows does not have a 'device driver'
for my monitor for me to remove it. I checked the Device
Manager but unfortunately there isn't a driver for it.

What can I do now?
