Using FP 2004, is it possible to add a link to a slideshow either produced
using Nero with a .NVC file type, or using Windows Photo Story3 with .WMV or
.. WP3.
If not can I convert the above file types to .AVI or .MPEG
With thanks,
Dave Isaacs.

You need to check the help files for Nero / Photo Story or post to there newsgroups.

Don't know the ansewr. But even if it was possible, it would need the
original program present on the users' computers to run.

It would be more errective to convert them to files or combinatios that
can by ran by most web browsers. Nowdays, AVI,MPEG and flash are
acceptble but slow for dial up Internet acces users.

If your slidsjow, is only still pictures, there are plenty of javascript
ar ASP based samples you can use. Search for javascipt or ASP slidshow,
galllery and the like.

Another option, is put the sideshow in powerpoint. Then save the file as
sideshow (or change the filename extension to .ps from .ppt). Import the
file to the web and add a link to it form the page you want to launch it.

FP2004?

Is FP2004 a typo, or is FP2004 available now? I have a new sealed copy
of FP2003 Upgrade on my desk, ready to install. Is it time to return
the "obsolete" copy to the store?
