I need to add a label like a "callout" label into a graph generated on an
Access report.
What I need is while a team is reviewing and discussing chart results in a
form, it could be anotations that need to be posted as well into the chart
for furhter discussions.

Lets imagine that we have a chart on the form and also there is a field for
comments, after click a command button, the coment would be posted on a
certain region as a comment for a particular value. After posting this
comment, the label would be placed (or bounded) for ever until someone delete
or edit it.

Does anyone have an example about how can I program this in Access Visual
Basic ????
