Just curious if there was anyway to do what I am trying to
accomplish...

I have a default folder on one of my partitions which I put video files
into and stream them to my Xbox 360. Is there any way for me to add an
item in the Right Click>>Send To menu and that would move a file from
whereever at may be to that default folder, say, "D:\Videos"?

How is this done? Also note, I want it to be a move, not a copy.

You can add the folder shortcut to:
C:\Documents and settings\/username/\SendTo\

But that will copy the file/folder (not move). If you want to move, then :

You can locate the SendTo menu in your profile in Windows Explorer. There's
a nice tool called SendTo Toys that'll help to do this. It's available for
free from here: http://www.gabrieleponti.com/software/

I've corresponded with the author a lot and he's very dedicated to providing
a quality product - so give him your feedback after trying it!

Send to "Items" are Shortcuts to the item in question and they are in
the "Send To" folder in your profile. You will need to press the Delete
key after each Send to is done to effect the "Move" option.

Thanks for the replies. I tried the software suggested, but it is
still doing copies, how exactly do I get it to do a move?
I tried the "Default to move" option, but it still does a copy. Any
suggestions?

Choose Send To > Folder
Click Settings > Tick "Default to move"
Click OK

From David Candy's "Shortcut Keys and Key Modifiers for the Windows Shell"
http://www.mvps.org/serenitymacros/explorer.html

Key : Shift + Send To menu
Operation : Moves a file (default when sending on the same drive)
