Hi,
I'd disconnect all the cables to the computer. Go into
Hardware devices and make sure that the printer doesn't
show up in there. If it is, uninstall it. Shut down,
connect printer cable and turn the computer on. Let it
auto detect the printer instead of trying to install to a
new port. Good luck.
